Practicing in Gallagher's Creditors' Rights and Bankruptcy group, Tom Dame represents clients in business bankruptcy, receiverships, and financial restructuring. Tom is board certified in business bankruptcy law by the American Board of Certification. He served on the board of directors of the Bankruptcy Bar Association of Maryland from 2001 through 2005, and chaired its Baltimore chapter from 2004-2005.

As a member of Gallagher's Litigation group, Tom represents for-profit and tax-exempt entities in risk management and business litigation matters. Trained as a mediator at the Harvard Law School Program of Instruction for Lawyers, Tom accepts engagements as a private mediator. He serves on the board of directors of the Community Mediation Program, a Baltimore nonprofit organization dedicated to resolving community conflicts through mediation.
