Such services include all forms of non-public funding documents, such as stock option agreements, warrants, bridge loan agreements, letters of intent, memorandums of understanding, term sheets, and all related corporate documentation, such as by-laws, amendments to articles of incorporation, lockup agreements, and corporate re-structuring documents.
- Securities Law: Bowie & Jensen lawyers advise clients on securities registration exemption requirements, and regularly file the required forms and reports with applicable government offices. We do not handle securities registrations or initial public offerings.
